Mapshare Not Updating: TT1 v3 (after hard drive upgrade)

I have a TT1 v3 with :
App 7.163
UK Western Europe Map 710.1561

I recently upgraded my computers harddrive & reinstalled TomTom home (& logged in again).

When trying to update mapshare it says no updates available and my device is up to date, but the top right corner still states that its "30 weeks out of date & 19202 free Mapshare corrections waiting".
the only update I get is GPSFix.

When I put my old harddrive in my computer it find mapshare updates.

Please help - any idea why this is happening or what I can do to fix?

its the mapshare server not working properly, mine wont updat with new mapshares either.

has TomTom confirmed thats the issue?

Its ridiculous - I wonder how long before they sort this out
