Medion MDPNA250 compatible maps and speed camera databases

I have had this unit for some time now but never updated maps or installed a speed camera database.

a/ I don't know where to get updated maps for it, or whether maps from, say, a Tomtom could be used as these are readily available/cheaper?

b/ Where can I get and how do I install speed cameras on this particular device?

I am a beginner and need a fairly 'non technical' response i.e. an 'idiot' guide!

Finally, are there any free maps or databases available on the internet? Sorry to be tight but I am a Yorkshireman!
