Difference between v9 and v10(for Ireland)

Hi guys,

My nuvi200w has v9 maps. i'm not entitled to free v10 update as I registered my unit in 2007(a bit unfair considering that it's only 5 months old). Is there much improvement in mapping of Ireland in v10?Woth forking out €80 for??
Would appreciate your opinions on this
