Payement Problem Pocket GPS World

Hi

I have tried to download speed cameras recently and was unable to as my account shows I am not currently subscribed I made a Paypal payement on the 13/11/07 through paypal and it was taken out of my bank account on the 16/11/07.

Can you advise me on the problem this is the 1st time I have tried to access speed camara datbase due to busy schedule.

Can you email subscriptionsATpocketgpsworld.com with the PayPal Transaction ID and your user-name?

We can investigate and resolve for you very quickly.

If you send an email to subscriptions[AT]pocketgpsworld.com with your details; Nickname, site registered email address, etc. you'll get a better response.

Are you using the same email address that you used in November?

sounds like you you used an e-cheque, can take upto 10days to sort itself.

many thanks for your quick responses and support. I have emailed to the above email address with the relevant Transaction ID for paypal along with user name.

Resolved. Although our subscription system is automated and in the vast majority of cases activation is instant, on occasion internet glitches result in our servers not receiving the activation code from PayPal. When this occurs the payment is left in limbo as has happened here.

I have now verified your payment and manually activated your subscription, please accept our apologies for the delay on this occasion.

Your annual subscription will commence from todays date so you have not lost any time owing to this issue.
