What PDAs have built in GPS receivers ?

I have been using a Mio P550 for a while but it is not ideal (for reasons I will mention) so I am looking to get a new palmtop.

What PDAs are there with GPS receivers?. I dont seem top be able to find a good (fairly complete) list.

The problems with my current one are:-

1) Standby time is appalling, around 24 hours. I would ideally like at least a week.
2) It can take a long time to acquire satellites, apparently this is a known issue with the model.
3) It will not take SD cards over 2GB.
4) The speaker is fairly quiet.
5) Running time is around 2 hours; it would be good to have more (even if it meant buying a high capacity battery)

What replacement would people recommend. I use it to run TomTom, memory map and general applications. It douse not have to be a Pocket PC and I don’t need Bluetooth (although it may be useful in the future) but wifi is essential.
