tom tom audible warnings

Can Anyone help ime pulling my hair out i have a tom tom one just installed speedcams, & i have been trying to get the voice.i.e gatso 30, gatso 40,gatso50 mobile,redlight audible warnings but all i can access is silly noises can anyone please help
