Speed Camera Software for Windows?

Hi I'm quite new to all this GPS stuff.....

I have a computer in my car running Windows XP and I also have a USB GPS receiver which works with my map software to provide navigation...

My question.....

I've seen a few add-on programs for PDAs which detect fixed speed cameras. Is there similar software for PCs? If not, can I use some sort of emulator to run Pocket PC software under Windows XP?

I used to have an Origin Blue i, but it died recently so I'm looking for some sort of replacement.

I'm not aware of any such software that provides a proximity alarm as you approach a waypoint for PC's.
