Regarding the use of the hard shoulder....Today they say, ' The M42 trial showed that more than 95% of drivers comply, (re cameras) fearing the risk of getting caught on camera.

The speed limits are enforced by eight cameras set up in any one of 96 locations along the 11 mile route.'

I don't see that lot in my M42 database, or have I missed something here ?

Check the map on the submissions page there are indeed 8 gatso var cameras shown as active on the M42 and all contained in the database which depics the true position of the cameras. The other 96 positions they "could" be fitted are either dummy boxes or miss use of stats - Mike

Er what are the symbols I can best describe as er, "Spark plugs" also on the M42?

Is there not a Key as to what all the symbols mean on the Submission Map anywhere too?
