TomTom "Fuel Cost" - What Is It?

A while ago I stumbled onto this, as an entry in a config file in my device, and meant to post then asking what it is, as I have very vaguely heard about it somewhere.

Then today, with my new device, I found it hidden in a menu again (albeit, only shown when I clicked the quick menu for weather, and my device was unable to connect to my phone) - it gave an error, but then dropped to a NEW menu I have never seen before, with four options, one of which was "TomTom Fuel Costs" or similar.

But when I clicked on it, I was told something along the lines of "This service is not installed on this device, please visit tomtom.com and view plus services to add it"

But I can find no such thing, or no mention of it, on the tom tom site.

So anyone know what it actually relates to?

In HOME it's part of the Add Maps, etc. Menu and on Page 3 of 4 is called Fuel Prices. I believe it only applies to NA, or it might be for future releases..

The previous versions of HOME gave a little message, which I can't remember, but the latest version leaves the Icon 'greyed out'.
