I got a ViaMichelin V960 New edition for Xmas and have been using it with generally no problems, However I noticed that the other day on using the Content Manager that the speed camera file is dated October.
So I then pressed Update and the screen flickered but showed no change and then i pressed sync button hoping this would update, but no update.
Does anyone know if I'm doing anything wrong as there is supposed to be monthly updates.

Also I can't find an email for support only a 0870 number. Although there is support for U.S customers!

Try these two threads, it's been discussed quite a bit.

The second one is in case you get the error message in the title which most of us have at some point.

Hope that helps.

Edit: Just noticed your last point. Use the phone, they are quite helpful. You get an email address if they need to progress the matter futher in my experience.

Thanks for you quick response SpikeyMikey, I will prob have to give them a ring.
The original problem is not with the PGPSW camera database but the VM one that is on the content manager, as most of the threads i've found don't cover the VM database.

Sorry I'd missed that obvious bit Embarassed

I can't think why your database version says October, unless it's not synching with the device properly, or Content Manager has a problem.

The latest version, as I'm sure you know, is February which I think we've worked out is Januarys update Confused

Has it said October since you installed the software and device?

Just gave them a ring and spoke to a very polite Frenchman (there's a 1st!) Laughing
It seems that my firewall hadn't properly setup so it wasn't allowing it to update. Did a quick repair install and reinstalled V7.03 with firewall turned off. Ran content manager and it updated fine to January 08.

Isn't it annoying when it's the simple things you forget about! Rolling Eyes

Thanks once again for all your help.
