replacement nokia 6110 won't recognise cams, traffic & m

I have a new replacement nokia 6110, the last one was faulty. I purchased updated maps, traffic and cameras on the previous phone. How do I get the new phone to recognise i have purchased them? At the moment all the phone will do is tell me to go to the route 66 shop
