Lost Navigo Post Codes

Hi can any body help I have just uploaded the tubodog 5.0 and now have no post codes. Every time I go to Navigate to, and try and put in the information for new destination, address, post code and type in the first letter it come up with NO RESULTS every time why???? I have tried reinstalling it with no change, it seems like there are NO post codes any were on this now, before the upgrade at least I had 4 digit post codes, now nothing PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!

Did you do the upgrade correctly?
you copy the new maps into the existing maps folder

and should have only deleted the mobilenavigator folder....

Yes thank you I followed the instructions to the letter and I have repeated the process several times as well, with no change. If I type the first letter it comes up no results every time even if I type the correct post code it come up no results, WHY ???
