Help Please

Just updated my tt 1 v3 with tt home and now all thats happening is on reboot it has a big white cross flashing on a red background like a div i didnt backup before doing it Please Help please im in trouble! Embarassed

First of have you tried resetting the device, press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds then try switching it on, what happens?
Does your device have a memory card or SD card slot, we need to know this to work out what device you actually have, 3rd numbers are applicable to various devices - Mike

Thanks mike and darren for the info I had try'd to reset the device but that didnt work so i went on home again for the third time but this time it worked think my lesson today is always backup before updating.
sorry for the duplicate post's darren as you can imagine I was grasping at every thing i could!

Have a read through the FAQ page which can be found HERE in particular look at number one which details backing up the device using a more reliable method than TomTom Home - Mike
