The outcome from the latest series of emails to & from VM customer services is their latest suggestion that I change my email adress and start all over again and register my product, because they cannot 'unblock' my previous registration for me. I think the TomTom 720T is fast becoming a possibile choice as a replacement.

Anyone who wants answers to stuff read the thread just started called Hi ALL - Just posted a big list of stuff there.
A few changes were made to my original brief from the company.

Sorry for the delay in replying but have just returned from the city of light (& love) and catching up on my emails. While I was away VM also sent me a couple of messages to say they have now unlocked my email address from the system. Have not yet attempted to use it to log on yet but I think it will now be okay.
