Live not working on MDA compact III

hi all, i have just upgraded to Co Pilot Live 7 from 6 after hearing the great things it can do, however i now find that it will not recognise my internet connection, I am still able to browse the internet as normal and havent changed any settings from when Co Pilot Live 6 was on but noe i have Live 7 it just wont see that i have a connection. the product is a T Mobile MDA Compact III anyone any idea please Sad

in teh settings menu go to live and tap connnect do you have webandwalk set up on your accout to get live working you need to set up a live account put the user id and password you signed up with on the live set upmenu below is the link you need to sign up to https://live.alk.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fdefault.aspx

Hi Yes i do have webandwalk and all other internet access are working fine, i have looked in the live settings however the screen does not show a connection option at the top of the screen it starts with " Go to http://live.alk ............." i already have a live account that i used on version 6 so this is already done and the settings are in the bottom of the screen. It just seems that i have the bit at the top missing that says connect ( as shown on the alk FAQ guides )

Any ideas Question

Oh, and you need to set up a new live account for CoPilot 7

Interesting - I find it works Ok with the Live account I setup for Co Pilot 6.....

This has worked great, and i can confirm that it does work with my original account from Live 6.
