Tomtom Safety Camera Database

hi lads and lasses
just subscribed a few minutes ago and have successfully installed database
can i ask if i now need to delete the database tomtom installed on my tomtom one v3 ? (the xmas cracker box one) and how i do this please.
i have the folder open containing all the poi files but need to know exactly which files to delete.
