Garmin c530 text to speech utility?

Does anyone have a utility program to make my Garmin c530 tell me 'turn right on Center St' rather than to tell me to 'turn right in 500 feet'? it is called text to speech. I am waiting for my new Garmin c530 to come in mail and just discovered that it does not have that feature which I desperately want/need.
