Just taken delivery of my new Mio C620 as replacement for 2yr old 268+
Only problem - not allowed to open the box until XMas
Anyone here had a chance to try out the C620 up yet? Are the new graphics all that they are cracked up to be? |

If you are in the US where was the C620 ordered from. I cannot find one anywhere, and what was the cost?
Have a merry Christmas.
Thanks |

Apologies for delay in replying - no, I'm not US based - this is the UK / European version.
Still waiting for Christmas |

Well, I've used it on a 200m journey - can't say that its a significant improvement on my old Mio 268+
I miss the hardware buttons (home, volume up/down, mute, etc) - all this has to be by touchscreen now - not a good idea at 70mph!
Also - although I've set it to UK (One voice only - no choice) & set to MPH rather than KPH, the speed limits come up as 29, 39, 49, 59, & 69 - and the instructions are spoken in km (eg "turn left in 3km") - bizarre! |
