Have you got Windows Explorer set to show hidden/system files? Have they been copied over? _________________ Jock

Take it one step at a time....
Presumably your old card still works?
Did your new card work BEFORE you downloaded the new map?
If you didn't try it, maybe just start again. Copy the old card to the new one, check it works then redownload the new map (I think you can do this for a year at least) or get Home to reinstall it from wherever Home has stored it on your PC.
By the way BGF... although we all repeat the advice anyway "just in case", Oldboy and I were saying the other day that we are both pretty sure there AREN'T any hidden files on any TomTom we've seen |

Finally spoke to somebody at Tom Tom who knew what they were talking about. Seems because I had not updated regulary enough - Hone version 2.1 was not giving me all the updates, reverted to version 1.5 and hey presto. |

If you had to revert to v 1.5, it seems possible that you have updated too regularly.
I can't understand why TomTom still have a version of Home for download, if they advise reverting to an earlier version to rectify problems. _________________ Regards
