Hi really new to all this wonder if anyone can help. I cannot get the voice to work on my unit, the maps seem to be ok but I think shes sleeping in there . Any ideas?

There are two volume controls, one for system (click) (in Device settings)and one for speech (Volume control), check to see if they are both set to maximum. also check if the language setting is correct.

OR i asume you have a second hand unit check the folder on your Medion called My Flash Disk/Navigation/res/gb/audio to see if you have the audio files installed
