Has anyone actually managed to get tomtom working on the medion GoPal 210t.
Reading through some of the old threads, it seems that it's difficult getting a GPS signal to lock on. |

Anyone? Would appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of a guide to unlock windows CE as I can't seem to find one for this particular model. |

Fatslag...Aurora 987676 (?) or whatever you're called today
ARE YOU OUT THERE???
This guy is in need of some expert help!!
P5x...this is noted somewhere...pls trawl through the threads.
Have a look for 'show taskbar' or summat like that.
I've read about this before (but the thread may have been rubbed), I suspect that it was hit & miss..dependant on the 210 version.
Question...why are you bothering with TomTom?
The mapping software with the Medion is excellent, with the Medion AE being superb. (Baby Jesus) |

Well...no not really (don't care, just posted it for a reaction..which I got )....but it'd be nice to know if he was still about. Have you lads & girlies had him shot???
I know he was a bit of a pain to the Mods (stretching the rules to breaking point) BUT he was a massive help to me & many others who have bought the GoPal 205/210. He is (or was, if you have had him shot) a very talented guy (as far as tooling about with this kind of stuff is concerned)..With it being the Season of Goodwill to All Men, may I request a reconciliation for the good of all mankind?? I mean, if Mr Heather (Pegleg Pete the Pirate) McCartney can kiss & make up with the Germans & have a game of footie (you must have seen the video), surely the same can be done with Fatslag/Aurora or wotnot?? Baby Jesus! |

Sorry DaveNN but when Darren said
Quote: | Fatslag has been banned for persistent breaches of our policy on posting links to pirated software and other. As Aurora appears to be Fatslag under yet another pseudonym, he is also now banned. |
Which words did you not understand? |

Just a simple reminder to read the forum rules BEFORE posting links to sites that contain illegal pirate software; as we do not permit this.
Unlocking a device is fine, but installation of software not paid for by the person doing this action costs us all in the long run, it is far from clever, perhaps a trip to Bethlehem is in order - Mike |

Paul (all of them)...got O level (Grade B) in English Language...& Bronze in Amateur Gymastics....foward roll to a standing position (distinction).
The point I'm making is that I know of no-one on the forum who knows as much (or who has taken the time to find about) the Medion 205/210.
As the Lord said " He who hasn't sinned etc etc" & has John Lennon said " That's not a real gun".

Mike, I TOTALLY understand & agree.
However, I have given a copy of my Medion software to an individual for their evaluation & advice.....isn't this the same?? |

If I were you I'd be listening out for sirens in the near future... seems like certain people on this forum could really do with lightening up. And before anyone says it, I know some stuff may be copyright protected and as such is illegal to distribute, 'you wouldn't steal a car' and all that, and obviously as a public forum, it would be closed if such things were overlooked. However, a helpful person can still be immensely helpful even without posting links... |

(In best American accent) 'I can neither confrim nor deny these allegations.'
If the powers that be have put out a contract on his head, he's managed to lie low and avoid the cleaner's so far... He's still contactable and still immensely helpful.

I'm getting a little tired of this. We asked the person in question to toe the line and he chose to continue breaching our rules. Its as simple as that. He had his chance and will not be welcomed back.
If the users of this forum cannot understand our position then find somewhere else to debate it. _________________ Darren Griffin |
