CheckPOInt will work on TT3 with no problem. You may also want to check out GPSAssist, it is becoming much more than just a POI detector and is well worth a look.

It has a free trial but is then 27 euro (approx £ 18 ). Try it and see what you think.
Niel's free postcode tool is the essential add-on for TomTom.
