Reluctantly I'm posting this email - odered a vent mount and holster for my iPaq 2210 on the 12/2/04, paid by credit card on the 13/2/04.

I would think a week was long enough to wait, but it's now 2 weeks and despite several emails, I'm still waiting for a response of any kind, or dare I say the goods!!

It would be nice to know when or if the items have been despatched and if there is any way to track the package?

Not responding to emails is a really bad way to do business.......

Update your profile with where you are located! If you are in Europe, then it does frequenty take up to 10 working days for goods to arrive from the US.

Received shipment ref Cust No. 17562 - iHolster requested was for a 22xx series, why have you sent me a iHolster for a 1900/4100 series ??

Unless I use a large hammer there's no way my 2210 will fit, come on guy's there were only two items on this order !!!

rec'd the right cradle now & some extra clips too, cool.

On the review of clip.com I purchased the vent mount for my Ipaq 3950 and Navman sleeve. Like most people, the windscreen mount is unpredictable and unreliable but fortunately, although it has fallen off in excess of 25 times, the Ipaq was only in it once!

For the price I find it to be extremely good value. You may need to customize it a tad to stop it from rotating but It's better than paying the extortionate amounts some vendors are asking.

I ordered two last Wednesday and they arrived this morning - 7 days later: US to UK. Great service.
