size of speed camere file

If the cameras are updated monthly, some added some deleted why does the file not vary in size?

I only have the last 2 databases to go by on my PC......
And just the ov2 files........For TomTom one.... In an unzipped state...
But the size of the speed zoned version unzipped ov2 files are......

Speed Camera Database Version 6.014 23 JAN 08 = 415KB

Speed Camera Database Version 6.023 15 Feb 2008 = 419KB

so I dont know what info you are looking at
