| I have a go 710 and this morning downloaded updates for it. I went through the product and device code process but when I come to the activation code it says it is not valid. I have checked and rechecked I have typed in ok. Any help much appreciated. |

| If you used TT Home you do not need codes. Suggest if you did not use Home go to a previously backed up version and download all updates through Home. Hope this helps. |

On initial turn on I get unable to store settings:file access error.
This is after trying to restore backup as well. |

sd card lock is on?
theres a little switch on the sd card itself, a write lock. it needs to be disabled. |

| I seem to br running v 7.16 which gives the error. When I try to restore back up it doesn't work. Any ideas? |

I am confued to why they still pack the units with a card with an activation code on it that does not work.
Even the TTHome V2 takes you to the place to enter the code also that does not work.
