Medion mdppc150 navigator 5 maps

Hello, and thank you for your time.
I was wondering if anyone could help?
I have a medion mdppc150 and have navigator 5 on it? Although since it got reset by my bro, who thought he was clever taking the sd card out and adding photos to it, and deleting everything else, i now don't have the maps.
I have lost the cd with uk map on.
I have the software cd which will add the application (which i thought would include the maps, it doesn't), So now, i cant get this to work.
I have tried registering on the navigon site to buy other maps but wont allow me as i don't know my ID of the device.
Is there anywhere i can download the navigator 5 maps from? Or will navigon replace my cd if i explain the situation ? Thanks again
