France - speed cameras for i3

Does anyone know if there is speed camera information for France available to download onto i3 Streetpilot?

The PocketGPSWorld European Database?

After selecting Garmin POILoader choose the European database from the list. The European ones start with EUR.

Are there step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

the link attached is confusing.

I have an i3 & want both UK & European speed cameras on. is this possible?

Not sure it's possible to have both at the same time on an i3.
