product code?

Hi all

another problem im having is finding the product code

i have the device code and a card for free services with a code on but i can't find the product code

hope someone can help

What device have you got as the newer units running vs7 software do not come with a product code, this is all handled via TomTom Home on the PC - Mike

I have found the answer on the forum.
i have just got the tomtom go520 and i have read that product codes are no longer required. its a pity tomtom software still asks for them.

but then i suppose tomtom are renowned for their attention to detail,

There seems to be a number of questions that I still need answering but i have not read the manual yet so i Will have a read, but not for a couple of days.
i'm sure i will be asking questions again soon.
