Located original download file ("Southeastern_Region.ALL.zip").
Unzipped it and copied all files to card, one by one....using explorer...
menu
rsc
win98
Autorun.inf
cp.txt
setup.exe
Southeastern_Region.cid
ttn.txt
But no more success than previously....
| Try unzipping those Files to a Folder on the PC. Then run the Setup.exe from there and tell us what happens. _________________ Richard

Tom Tom say they can't help....to quote "your subscription has run out"....I say wasnt a subscription, was a purchase.....no go......
I have got to find my own record of the product code for the maps.....which I don't have. I downloaded them, can't find any record of an email giving me codes.... aaarrrgghhhh....
Seems like I've wasted all your time and mine.....
So to recap....maps are now sitting there, but can't activate them... |

Did you Register, and Store, Your Products on the TT website?
All my old Products are store under My Products. If so you should be able to get the Product Code for you to use with ttcode.com _________________ Richard

Yes....to the first bit...
But, the map no longer appears as belonging to me, and their position would appear to be that while you have purchased a map, what they've actually given you is a subscription...and this only lasts for 12 months....
I was able to find the invoice and order details for the map, but it doesnt appear as a "My map" iyswim....
In the meantime I have received something from someone else that might help...... |
