Hello everybody!

i am really hoping someone can help me!

I am trying to run route 66 mobile 7 on my HTC S710 running on windows windows mobile 6 with a Bluetooth GSP receiver.

The phone can find the Bluetooth GPS and the Bluetooth works find with other bluetooth devices.

The problem i am having is either route 66 doesnt find my GSP receiver or if it does when i select the map i want to use (Britain) the program shuts down and returns me to the windows home screen.

I have repeatedly added the Bluetooth GPS following the instructions and have added it to com port 6 and have tried 7 as well. these are the only com port options i am given.

I have reinstalled the software.

Infact i've tried everything i can think of which is why i am looking for help.

I have been told that my phone, software and GPS receiver are all compatible with eachother....

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!
Cheers

Neil

I have an HTC S620 and had quite a lot of problems getting this working, in teh end I got it to install by doing a hard reset \ clear all and installing the software as the first thing I did - it then picked up the bluetooth GPS (previously paired), allowed me to activate and didn;t crash out as soon as trhe map loaded. No idea why this should be the case.

Did you get it working?
