Well I guess it has to be a computer problem rather than
a TomTom problem (all TT One 3rd editions are the same, no two computers ever are!)

Do yuo have any other storage devices you can try on the same USB port? Such as a digital camera or pen drive.


You could check for USB / driver conflicts in Windows Device Manager. Also try a different USB port.
