720 - buy now or wait until issues (hopefully) resolved?

The 720 seems to offer the functionality I want but I'm concerned that it has some unresolved faults/issues. Buy now or wait

It's all up to you. My first unit worked perfectly fine. My brother went through 4 units before he got a good one.

Our only issues were with the handsfree buzz.

I would avoid an online retailer so you can return it more easily.

Buy one locally from a shop, and return it if it's faulty.
You can't lose anything that way.

My first had the handsfree buzzing fault, so that's the main thing to check.

Other niggly problems should be fixed with future firmware updates.

I am happy with my 720 now, as it does all I want.
