1. I have just bought a Navman N40i and I downloaded the speed cam files,which are asc files.I tried to install them and was unable to change the files of type .csv to .asc in the dropdown file name window,(as per installation instruction no.4 of pgpsworld instructions.)
If I download .csv files for another make of sat nav and remove the Longitude and Latitude line (as I did with my old icn 635) will the files work with my n40i?

2. Why are the files I download for my n40i in .asc format and not in .csv format.

Your help will be appreciated.

Instead of downloading NAVMAN files select OTHER then CSV. I think the instructions for downloading Navman "F" and "N" series camera databases is wrong, as they both use CSV files.
