TomTom HOME v2.0.0.366 working?

Well, that's definitely the problem then... (I know that doesn't help!)

What do you see in the Preferences/ TomTom Map Share menu top left on the Home screen? You HAVE "joined" Mapshare haven't you?

Yes I have joined map share I can send map updates but not receive any.

I have sent a support request to tomtom

any one know were I can download home v1.6

Here is my reply from tomtom that says map share will not work on a 910

(I have replied and ask the tech to forward my request to a more senior tech)

Dear ,

Thank you for contacting TomTom Customer Support.

The TomTom Map Share is a free service where you can make changes and correct any minor Map errors such as incorrect street names, road blocks, add missing POI and edit existing POI files. Other Map Share users can upload their own changes and you can download them via TomTom Home.

MapShare is only available for the following devices: TomTom 520, 720, 920 and One V3. Due to the constraints of the maps installed on older devices, map share does not work with older devices.

To enable the Map share feature of your TomTom, please do the following:-

Tap onto the Main Menu
Tap onto Map Corrections
Tap onto 'Correction Preferences' and press 'Continue'.
Tap onto 'Download Corrections made by others'
Tap onto 'Join'
Select the Map Share Preferences you require.

Connect your TomTom to your Computer. Open TomTom Home and click on 'Update Now'.
TomTom Home will download any map share updates.

To Leave the Map Share Community, tap onto 'Download Corrections made by others Leave'.

To undo all map share changes that you have made or downloaded, open TomTom Home 2.0, click on 'Preferences TomTom Map Share
Remove Corrections'.

I told them that they were wrong and it should work, got a quick reply to say "they were wrong and i was right" it should work and some instructions to do this and that, none of which made any difference. Got back in touch and told them still does not work and am awaiting reply

will post when i get it working if ever

Just to let anyone interested know tomtom have started asking relevant questions like screen print of home 2 and config data

But unfortunately drivers side window smashed and tomtom stolen only 4 months old
