Problems with my Go 510

Hiya Guys can anyone help me please?
My Go 510 is not work as it wont load the software from the SD Card.
I did do a backup of my go however my pc caught a virus & i lost my backup.
Is there anywhere i can get a fresh install of my go software?

Also when i try to start up my go from my PC it's coming up error code 9000??

if your backup is dead your only option is to contact TomTom and see if they can assist you, you will probably need both a proof of purchase and the product code card, there is little else possible, if the card is messed up which it sounds like - Mike
