adding poi.s as a .csv file

Can anyone tell me how to add my own poi.s as mentioned in the review...." you can also add your own (csv file format, and 22x22 bitmaps for the icons).".......
I've tried saving a .csv file, containing waypoint co-ords and names, to the "poi" folder on my sd card, which is where the speed camera update ones are stored. If I tell the ppc to "zoom to poi" and select one of mine, it will zoom there, but the little turning wheel (the hourglass type thingy) won't go away.

Hi,
all you need to do is have a csv file containing your pois in a format northings, southings, description and then drag and drop it in to the Storage Card/POIS/Britain folder. Then create a new POI category for your file using Maintain POI Cat option. Your new POI category should then appear in Map options for you to tick and display. If one you know is not in right place try swapping northings and southings round I've forgot which way they went on a file of Caravan sites I created.
