Help gratefully recieved, stand alone routing

Hi All
I am looking for a stand alone unit which works in the same way as the LG LAN9600R this is an in dash unit.
For routing this unit gives you 3 options for you route after entering your destination, meaning you can see which one you fancy using visually on the unit, you choose one and away you go.
The problem is in my car I cannot fit this unit as the ICE in my Honda is the full dashboard containing controls for air con etc, also its £900.
If anybody knows of a system which works this way please let me know as I would be eternally grateful.

There are a number of devices that offer a choice of routing options but I don't know of any that display them all on a map and allow you to choose. Most offer a route based on a choice e.g. Shortest, Fastest, Avoid Motorways etc. Some also offer an additional level that allows you to choose a route type and then customise it be excluding certain roads.

TomTom has a good selection of options in this regard as does Navigon.
