The 6680 isn't on the supported list but that doesn't mean it won't work, AIUI it works fine on the 6680. _________________ Darren Griffin |

AIUI = As I Understand It. Plenty of users reporting it runs fine on your handset.
Sorry I don't know what the latest maps for v5 were. _________________ Darren Griffin |

V660 would be the latest (and last?) maps supported on V5 wouldn't they? They were released with the 'free' upgrade to TT Nav V6 around the end of last year. _________________ Phil |

If I remember rightly, weren't TomTom offering a FREE upgrade to Navigator 6 if you bought the v6.75 maps? (These are the ones available for download now, also at 20% off 'til the end of July).
Don't know if the upgrade deal is still running, but certainly worth asking. |

IIRC that never applied to TT Mobile as there was not a Mobile 6. There are a number of phones that Mobile 5 supported that navigator 6 does not and vice versa. _________________ Darren Griffin |

True enough, Darren...
What have you got, allanjack? - "TT Navigator 5" or "TT Mobile 5"? |

It's not on the compatibility list HERE. The only Nokias mentioned are the E50, E61, E65, E70, N73 and N80.
I'd give them a call.
Good luck! |

I answered another post about 6680 compatibility. Whilst it is not on the supported list there appear to be a number of users that are running it without issues. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Probable note clash! But you can't chane the version level o S60 in your phone - it's way to dependant on the h/w platfom it's on.
So your choice is TT5 and latest maps or new phone and TT6. _________________ Phil |

shame cos i realy like this phone, how about route 66 that would be ok? would it be possible to put both route 66 and tomtom 5 on the same mmc card as they both have a file called system and one would try to overwrite the other?
