Favourites from TT to Garmin

Hi

Is there any way of transferring my list of Favourites from a TT GO 700 to a Garmin Nuvi?

Even if I could only extract the Lat / Long details for each Favourite would be a help, or some sort of MapSettings.cfg reader.

I have just installed it - just one thing...

Why does it only have a map of Holland (Benelux.gif), can I download additional maps?

edit: OK, I've just found the answer to my own question.
