Speed settings in TT6

I have a MIO 201 with TT6 and it works OK, as well as TT6 can work.
When I use it in my Campervan it comes up (usually) with a pretty good route but the time estimate is always far too optimistic.

Is there anyway I can change the speed settings for a given type of road?

It has not been possible to set speeds for individual road types since TT3. However, have you tried using the limited speed option when calculating a route? You can set a maximum speed, e.g. 50MPH, which is probably the best you will get with TT6.

If you don't see the options when planning, go to preferences/planning preferences option and change the way you are asked for route calculation options.
