Installing TomTom on Medion 175

Greetings all.
I need help. I recently modified the Medion 175 to allow it to become a PDA so as I could install TT5 onto it. No problems for a couple of months then I let the battery go flat. When I switched on I lost everything. Re-installed the original satnav proggie (Navtec) and everything works ok. Tried to install TT5 and it now says cannot find file 'Autorun.inf' But it's there on the SD card! Am I missing anything (either a file or a program)? Any help will be greatly appreacated.
