Download the 24 speed zoned files. (Actually about 40 now, as pmobiles have been include. pmobiles are reported cameras which are waiting to be verified. It's a personal choice whether you want to include these in your warnings).

Unzip folder and from the new folder copy and paste all the PGPSW .ov2 and .bmp files in to your GB, GB Plus or Western Europe map folder (whichever you use). (Future downloads you only need to copy the .ov2 files).

Start TT and go to Change Preferences - Manage POI - Warn when near POI.

Now scroll down to the first PWGPS file Gatso 20mph and set to 200 yards and select a warning sound. (To give a 20 second warning you would need to set up 200 yards for 20mph, 300 yards for 30mph, 400 yards for 40mph etc.). Do the same for each of the cameras. (You only have to set up on first installation)

As mobiles have a greater range it's best to set at a minimum of 440 yards or greater.

There are also .ogg files available from this site, which go in the same map folder as the .ov2 and .bmp's. These give you a siren and e.g. Warning Gatso - speed limit xxMPH).
