Upgrading SD card copying info?

Hi.
Just bought a TT710 and found the SD card supplied nearly full, I have now bought a 2GB 150X SD card but cannot find how to transfer the info from the TT card to my new one.
I did a backup of the orignal card and tried to put this back on the new card but although I could see the boxout from TT Home saying 'Restoring' nothing happened!

Any suggestions as to how to do this guy's

Thanks Andy, I will make a copy of the original card to my Harddrive and then try to copy and paste onto my new card and see if that works. I have printed off the instructions on your link and will try tonight when I get home.
