My XDA Mini S has taken a battering of late and is not working as it should do including the touch screen failed the other day and the device remained locked and unusable for a while. However today I noticed my tomtom icon missing from my today screen and I don't know how to get it back. I have searched but maybe using the wrong words string, I think I saw a thread here last year for this problem

Please ignore, I just reinstalled it all again. The device isnt working right though so an upgrade to trion seems on the cards, problem is last time I ported TTN5 accross to a new device tomtom weren't very helpful and told me they wouldn't do it again.

| If six months have elapsed since your last activation it should work fine, if not send a photocopy of the receipt for the new device and they should sort out the activation - Mike |

Thanks for the reply. Well over six months has elapsed but when I ported it across last time they were a bit blunt and told me it would be the last time. I have been shopping and bought TTN6 today, my new Trion arrived today along with a new SD card and car mount. Roll on monday when the sofware arrives then it's MOWE time ready for France in August.
I am a little concerned about the size of the map for MOWE as I have been told it is just one file. I hope 2GB is enough.

| 2GB card will be fine the map will be just under 1GB so it leaves plenty of space for other add ons and applications for the new device - Mike |
