Nuvi 310D Voice

Halo all. Have had a look thru the site before asking this so apologies in advance if this has bin asked b4!!

Is it at all possible to get the voice commands to tell you the road names etc?? Jst a friend of mine has some software on his PDA (Navigon) or something and that shouts the names at u!!

This feature is known as Text To Speech the 310D will not support this - it is not included with the device and neither is it available as an option, Text To Speech is generally reserved for the top of the range devices - Mike

The Nuvi 360 does it a well as the 600 series range.
