Hi please could someone help me with my go510. I have copied the card as listed in the FAQ's, but when I turn on my tomtom every thing appears to be fine then I get "Product has not been activated yet". I have been and got my activation code but it says it is invalid. Is there somthing I am doing wrong? Crying or Very sad

Did you enable "show hidden files and folders" in Windows "folder options" before copying the card over? If you didn't then this is probably why you are seeing this problem.

Yes I did. has the card got a counter on them.
