What are these filenames?

I have a TomTom One v2.
I have downloaded the pgpsw-speed-cams.zip and it has these files

pocketgps_uk_pmobile.ov2
pocketgps_uk_sc.ov2

What is the difference between the two?

The sc file contains the main database including all verified location mobiles operate from. The pmobile file contains as yet un-verified mobile camera submissions, it is your choice as to installation of the pmobile file - Mike
