activation

I had Co-Pilot live installed on my Vario II, but last week this was exchanged for a new handset after it developed a fault.

Now, on trying to install CP6 to the new handset, I find that I needed to de-activate the licence from the original handset to enable me to transfer it to the new one.

I've sent an email to ALK support asking them to help, but as it's Easter I'm guessing I won't get a response until later next week.

Anyone here know if there's a way of getting this working?

as it will have to activate on the alk server youll need to contact alk support via the phone there usually very helpful
