i3 Frozen

can someone sugest a cure please , my i3 has frozen on a journy in Cheltenham . It wont let us exit the rout , or do a master reset .
It seems daft really because the journey was from October last . The unit has not been used since then. Hope I can cure this[/b]

Have you tried holding both buttons AND the scroll wheel down for a few seconds? the other thing to try is a fresh set of batteries followed by a reset as detailed above - Mike

Take the batteries out and restart using external power. Sound be able to restart it then. Failing that speak to Garmin, especially if under warranty.
