It depends on the version of TomTom software you have installed,
Version 5 is 39 (with the exception of one specific version)
Version 6 is 100
The quantities are for the number of Custom POI Categories you have installed, look at your map folder via the PC and count up the number of files with the extension of .ov2
You might need to set Windows Explorer not to hide file extensions to see the ov2 part, go to Tools/ Options view tab make sure Hide extensions for Known file types is NOT selected, and while you are there make sure show hidden files IS selected - Mike |

You notice I said earlier with ONE Exception - the exception is 5,202 which has a limit of 27, I suggest you update to a newer version, or even consider installing version 6 software to your device to realise the full 100 POI limit.
As always make sure you do a full back-up of the memory card to the PC BEFORE updating your software, that way you can always revert back if something goes wrong - Mike |
